Dapatan kajian dibincangkanmelalui perbincangan kumpulan fokus yang melibatkan dua orang ahli akademik, duaorang pembuat polisi dan 10 orang pengilang yang mempunyai pengalaman dalambidang kerja blok. Hasil dapatan kajian ini menunjukkan terdapat dua kriteriapengurusan kemudahan bagi pengurusan ruang iaitu proses dan tempat sebagai faktorbagi menghasilkan sebuah reka bentuk kilang yang baik bagi membina sesebuahkilang blok. Faktor ini menekankan kepentingan dalam membina pelan susn aturkilang bagi pengeluar sistem kerja blok. Kesimpulan daripada kajian menunjukkankriteria pengurusan kemudahan dalam kilang perlu diteliti sebagai nilai tambah bagimengoptimumkan penggunaan ruang dalam kilang. Implikasi kajian menunjukkanbahawa kriteria pengurusan kemudahan merupakan asas bagi pembinaan susun aturkilang yang perlu difahami bagi membantu pengilang membina sebuah kilang yangbaik daripada aspek susun atur dan pengurusan ruang kilang. |
