Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa tahap budaya sekolah (min: 119, SD: 22),iklim sekolah (min: 146, SD: 33) dan keberkesanan sekolah (min: 149, SD: 22) berada padatahap tinggi. Seterusnya terdapat perbezaan budaya sekolah, iklim sekolah dan keberkesanansekolah berdasarkan latar belakang guru. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara iklimsekolah terhadap keberkesanan sekolah (: .42, P.05) dan terdapat juga pengaruh yangsignifikan antara budaya sekolah terhadap keberkesanan sekolah (: .39, P.05). Kajian inimenunjukkan bahawa keberkesanan sekolah dapat ditingkatkan dengan penambahbaikan danpeningkatan kualiti budaya dan iklim sekolah. Implikasi kajian ini secara praktikal akanmembantu dalam usaha meningkatkan keberkesanan sekolah melalui budaya dan iklimsekolah
