Dapatan menunjukkan bahawa kepimpinan distributifpentadbir sekolah berada pada tahap yang tinggi (m=4.03; SP=0.50) dan komitmen organisasi dalamkalangan guru pula berada pada tahap yang sederhana (m=3.53; SP=0.53).
