Kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti personaliti lima utama dan tekadkeusahawanan pelajar pra universiti di Sekolah Sukan Malaysia. Model Personaliti LimaUtama dan Teori Tingkah Laku Terancang digunakan dalam kajian ini. Pengkaji mengaplikasikan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan kaedah tinjauan. Pemilihan sampel dibuat berdasarkan pensampelan rawak mudah mengikut pembahagian berkadaran dengan menggunakansoal selidik. 127 responden yang terdiri daripada pelajar pra universiti di SekolahSukan Bukit Jalil, Sekolah Sukan Tengku Mahkota Ismail dan Sekolah Sukan Malaysia Pahangdipilih sebagai sampel kajian. Analisis deskriptif dan inferensi iaitu analisis ujian-t,analisis korelasi serta analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Nilaimin bagi tahap personaliti lima utama ialah 3.94 dan tahap tekad keusahawanan adalah 3.40. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan diantara tahap personaliti berdasarkan jantina dalam kalangan pelajar pra universiti di SekolahSukan Malaysia (t=0.46, p>0.05).
