Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa tahap organisasipembelajaran (min = 4.14) dan kepuasan kerja keseluruhan (min = 4.71) adalah padatahap yang tinggi. Analisis ANOVA sehala menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbezaanyang signifikan antara faktor umur terhadap organisasi pembelajaran: F (3, 370) =.915, p = .434. Analisis MANOVA faktorial 3x2 menunjukkan terdapat kesan utamagred perkhidmatan [F(3, 960) = 1.937, p = .027 |
