Dapatan menunjukkan nilai min motivasi kerja guru berkaitanaspek gaji (M=3.13, sp=0.81), kenaikan pangkat (M=3.10, sp=0.88), peluang melanjutkan pelajaran(M=3.22, sp=0.78) dan kualiti peribadi (M=3.98, sp= 0.77). Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawaterdapat hubungan yang kuat antara motivasi kerja guru dari aspek kualiti peribadi dalamkalangan guru yang berkerja di Sekolah jenis kebangsaan Tamil di Daerah Manjung dengan prestasikerja guru (r=0.824, p
