Seramai 400 orang guru telah dipilih secara</p><p>rawak strata berkadaran menggunakan pengelompokan mengikut 10 daerah yang</p><p>terdapat di Negeri Selangor iaitu Gombak, Hulu Langat, Hulu Selangor, Klang, Kuala</p><p>Langat, Kuala Selangor, Petaling Perdana, Petaling Utama, Sabak Bernam dan Sepang.</p><p>Data dikumpulkan dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferens. Hasil</p><p>kajian menunjukkan bahawa professional learning community berada pada tahap tinggi</p><p>(M=3.99, SD=0.48), efikasi kendiri (M=4.08, SD=0.49) dan profesionalisme guru</p><p>(M=4.14, SD=0.46). Dapatan kajian juga menunjukkan bahawa hubungan yang kuat</p><p>antara professional learning community r (788)=0.620, p< .005) dengan efikasi kendiri</p><p>guru. Manakala hubungan professional learning community r (481)=0.232, p< .005)</p><p>dengan profesionalisme guru adalah pada tahap sederhana. Kajian juga menunjukkan</p><p>hubungan yang kuat antara efikasi kendiri guru r (793)=.629, p<.005) dengan</p><p>profesionalisme guru. Dapatan kajian juga menjelaskan kesepadanan model kajian</p><p>yang dicadangkan dengan sampel yang dipilih adalah signifikan berdasarkan kesemua</p><p>indeks yang diuji mencapai tahap yang ditetapkan. Kesimpulan dapatan kajian</p><p>menunjukkan bahawa professional learning community mempunyai hubungan yang</p><p>signifikan dengan efikasi kendiri dan profesionalisme guru. Kajian juga menunjukkan</p><p>bahawa Professional learning community mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap</p><p>efikasi kendiri guru (=0.648, p<0.05) dan amalan profesionalisme guru (=0.361,</p><p>p<0.05). Ini menunjukkan bahawa ketiga- tiga pemboleh ubah ini saling berkaitan</p><p>antara satu sama lain dan dianggap penting untuk dikaji dengan lebih mendalam lagi</p><p>demi meningkatkan tahap profesionalisme guru-guru ke tahap yang lebih tinggi.</p><p>Implikasi kajian ini mencadangkan professional learning community diamalkan dan</p><p>menjadi budaya di sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme keguruan.</p> |
