Instrumen kajian yang digunakan ialah soal selidik The International Physical</p><p>Activity Questionnaire versi pendek, Teachers Stress Inventory (TSI) dan Barriers in</p><p>Physical Activity and Exercise Participation (BPEP). Subjek kajian adalah populasi</p><p>guru sekolah di negeri Perak (N=380). Dapatan kajian menunjukkan tahap aktiviti</p><p>fizikal mengikut urutan kepentingan ialah rendah (55%), sederhana (37.1%) dan tinggi</p><p>(7.4%) manakala tahap stres bekerja mengikut urutan kepentingan pula ialah sederhana</p><p>(58.4%), rendah (40%) dan tinggi (1.6%). Faktor struktur dan organisasi merupakan</p><p>halangan utama kepada guru-guru sekolah melakukan aktiviti fizikal. Analisis ujian-t</p><p>dan ANOVA menunjukkan terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan bagi tahap stres bekerja</p><p>berdasarkan jantina untuk sub skala pengurusan masa t(140)=-2.86, p=.005,</p><p>berdasarkan kategori sekolah untuk sub skala manifestasi gastronomical t(378)=2.49,</p><p>p=.013 serta berdasarkan tahap pendidikan untuk sub skala stres berkaitan kerja</p><p>p<.05,F(2,377)=5.257, p=.006 dan disiplin dan motivasi p<.05,F(2,377)=6.010,</p><p>p=.003. Hasil Kolerasi Pearson menunjukkan terdapat perkaitan tahap aktiviti fizikal</p><p>dengan tahap stres bekerja iaitu guru yang melakukan aktiviti fizikal yang rendah</p><p>mengalami tahap stres yang tinggi dan sebaliknya. Namun, kekuatan perhubungan</p><p>tersebut sangat lemah. Selain itu, kajian juga menunjukkan terdapat perkaitan tahap</p><p>aktiviti fizikal dengan halangan melakukan aktiviti fizikal iaitu guru yang melakukan</p><p>aktiviti fizikal yang rendah menghadapi halangan untuk melakukan aktiviti fizikal yang</p><p>tinggi dan sebaliknya. Namun, kekuatan perhubungan tersebut sangat lemah.</p><p>Kesimpulannya, bagi meningkatkan tahap aktiviti fizikal dan mengurangkan tahap stres</p><p>bekerja guru sekolah, halangan melakukan aktiviti fizikal perlulah diminimakan.</p><p>Berdasarkan dapatan kajian, beberapa implikasi dan cadangan dikemukakan untuk</p><p>tindakan pihak yang berkenaan dan kajian lanjut.</p>
