Kajian ini melibatkan 260 responden kajian dari 21 Bahagian di</p><p>KPM. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferens iaitu</p><p>analisis Korelasi, ANOVA dan Regresi Pelbagai. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahawa tidak</p><p>terdapat perbezaan dalam pelan penggantian berdasarkan faktor kelayakan akademik dan</p><p>tempoh pengalaman kerja manakala wujud perbezaan dalam pelan penggantian</p><p>berdasarkan faktor umur dengan nilai signifikan ujian Welch .003 (p < .05). Analisis</p><p>korelasi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara kepimpinan transformasional (r =.524, p</p><p>=.000), kepimpinan transaksional (r =.256, p =.000) dan budaya organisasi (r =.621, p</p><p>=.000) dengan pelan penggantian. Analisis Regresi pula menunjukkan bahawa terdapat</p><p>pengaruh faktor kepimpinan transformasional, kepimpinan transaksional dan budaya</p><p>organisasi terhadap pelan penggantian dengan nilai R kuasa dua sebanyak .427 dengan nilai</p><p>p =.000. Implikasi kajian ini ialah sumbangan kepada bidang ilmu pembangunan sumber</p><p>manusia dan memberikan panduan ke arah pelaksanaan pelan penggantian yang lebih</p><p>berkesan di Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia. Secara keseluruhannya kajian ini</p><p>mendapati bahawa faktor kepimpinan transformasional, kepimpinan transaksional dan</p><p>budaya organisasi mempunyai hubungan dan pengaruh terhadap pelan penggantian.</p><p>Budaya organisasi dikenal pasti sebagai pemboleh ubah kajian yang memberikan</p><p>sumbangan terbesar.</p> |
