Set soal selidik yang digunakan dalam kajian ini telah mendapat</p><p>kesahan pandangan pakar dan melalui fasa kajian rintis. Pra analisis data</p><p>dilaksanakan untuk memastikan set data dimasukkan dengan betul, mengatasi</p><p>masalah unsur luaran dan meminimumkan kesilapan. Statistik deskriptif seperti</p><p>kekerapan, min dan sisihan piawai, serta statistik inferensi seperti Partial Least</p><p>Squares Pemodelan Persamaan Berstruktur (PLS-SEM) digunakan untuk</p><p>menganalisis data kuantitatif. Teknik PLS-SEM ini digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis</p><p>berkaitan hubungan langsung, kesan pengantara dan kesan penyederhana yang</p><p>terlibat. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan sistem pengukuran prestasi kontemporari dan</p><p>komitmen terhadap organisasi masing-masing memberi kesan positif kepada prestasi</p><p>pengurusan koperasi ( = 0.088, p <0.05; = 0.221, p <0.05). Sistem pengukuran</p><p>prestasi kontemporari juga didapati mempunyai hubungan positif dengan komitmen</p><p>terhadap organisasi ( = 0.523, p <0.05). Selain itu, dapatan juga menunjukkan</p><p>komitmen terhadap organisasi bertindak sebagai pengantara di antara sistem</p><p>pengukuran prestasi kontemporari dan prestasi pengurusan koperasi ( = 0.116, p</p><p><0.05). Walau bagaimanapun, ciri-ciri pengurusan tidak memberikan kesan</p><p>penyederhana di antara sistem pengukuran prestasi kontemporari dan prestasi</p><p>pengurusan koperasi ( = -0.008, p >0.05). Kesimpulannya, dapatan kajian</p><p>menunjukkan bahawa sistem pengukuran prestasi kontemporari dan komitmen</p><p>pengurusan terhadap organisasi masing-masing mempunyai hubungan positif yang</p><p>boleh mempengaruhi prestasi pengurusan koperasi. Implikasi kajian ini pula adalah</p><p>sistem pengukuran prestasi kontemporari dapat bertindak sebagai alat kawalan</p><p>pengurusan untuk memperoleh kelebihan daya saing yang berterusan di kalangan</p><p>koperasi melalui pengaruhnya terhadap tingkah laku individu seperti komitmen</p><p>pengurusan terhadap organisasi yang kemudiannya mempengaruhi prestasi</p><p>pengurusan mereka.</p>
