<p>Kajian eksperimen ini dijalankan bertujuan untuk menguji kesan Kaunseling Kelompok Terapi Kognitif Tingkah Laku Berfokuskan Trauma (KKTKTK BT) terhadap kemurungan, kebimbingan dan stres dalam kalangan murid mangsa buli serta meneroka maklum balas responden, ibu dan rakan responden murid mangsa buli terhadap kesan intervensi KKTKT BT. Kajian yang dijalankan ini berbentuk kuasi eksperimen siri masa dengan melibatkan empat jenis selang masa iaitu Pra ujian (PRT), Pos ujian 1 (PT1), Pos ujian 2 (PT2) dan Pos ujian 3 (PT3). Seramai 32 orang responden kajian dipilih secara persampelan bertujuan dari tiga buah sekolah berbeza iaitu sekolah A, sekolah B dan sekolah C di sekitar negeri Selangor. Data kuantitatif pra ujian dan pos ujian antara selang masa dikumpul menggunakan ujian DASS 42 dan dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensi melalui ujian statistik min, analisis Anova Dua Hala Pengukuran Berulangan dan Post-Hoc Bonferroni pada aras signifikan 0.5. Hasil dapatan kajian kuantitatif menunjukkan terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan antara selang masa kemurungan murid mangsa buli [F(1, 31) = 5190.45 ; p<.05], bagi murid lelaki [F(1, 15) = 2309.355; p<.05] dan murid perempuan [F(1, 15) = 2755.435; p<.05]. Bagi kebimbangan, terdapat perbezaan yang singnifikan antara selang masa murid mangsa buli [F(1, 31) = 7180.70 ; p<.05], murid lelaki [F(1, 15) 3834.351 = p<.05] dan murid perempuan [F(1, 15) =5448.235 ; p<.05]. Akhir sekali, terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan antara selang masa stres bagi murid mangsa buli [F(1, 31) =14777.65 ; p<.05], murid lelaki [F(1, 15)= 6300.680 ; p<.05] dan murid perempuan [F(1,15) =58265.254 ; p <.05]. Manakala hasil dapatan melalui temu bual terhadap tiga responden, ibu dan rakan murid mangsa buli menunjukkan terdapat kesan yang positif setelah melalui KKTKT BT. Modul KKTKT BT didapati berkesan mengurangkan kemurungan, kebimbangan dan stres dalam kalangan murid mangsa buli. Secara keseluruhan, dapatan kajian memberi implikasi teoritikal dan praktikal terhadap bidang kaunseling dalam konteks membantu mengurangkan kemurungan, kebimbangan dan stres dalam kalangan murid.</p> |
