Perisian</p><p>Permodelan Persamaan Berstruktur (SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis data kajian.</p><p>Dapatan kajian menunjukkan Kepimpinan Inovasi Pengetua dapat diukur melalui lima</p><p>dimensi iaitu Tingkah Laku Kreatif, Komunikasi Berkesan, Kemahiran Teknikal,</p><p>Tingkah Laku Pembuka dan Tingkah Laku Penutup. Sebanyak 18 item baharu</p><p>dibangunkan untuk mengukur Model Kepimpinan Inovasi Pengetua. Model yang</p><p>dibangunkan juga memenuhi nilai Indeks Kesepadanan yang diperlukan dengan nilai</p><p>RMSEA=0.079, CFI=0.967, TLI=0.960 dan Chisq/df=4.019. Sementara itu, Budaya</p><p>Inovasi di sekolah diukur melalui empat dimensi iaitu Strategi, Struktur, Mekanisme</p><p>Sokongan dan Tingkah Laku Inovatif. Inovasi Organisasi pula diukur melalui dua</p><p>dimensi iaitu Produk dan Strategik. Kajian mendapati bahawa Kepimpinan Inovasi</p><p>Pengetua dalam sekolah-sekolah kajian mempengaruhi Budaya Inovasi (=0.56,</p><p>p<0.05) dan Inovasi Organisasi secara signifikan (=0.29, p<0.05). Sementara itu,</p><p>kajian juga menunjukkan Budaya Inovasi mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap</p><p>Inovasi Organisasi (=0.84, p<0.05). Budaya inovasi juga dibuktikan menjadi</p><p>perantara separa antara Kepimpinan Inovasi Pengetua dan Inovasi Organisasi.</p><p>Kesimpulannya, kepimpinan inovasi pengetua mempengaruhi budaya inovasi dan</p><p>inovasi dalam sekolah kajian secara signifikan. Implikasi kajian menunjukkan bahawa</p><p>peranan pengetua adalah penting dalam membangunkan budaya yang sesuai dalam</p><p>menyokong inovasi yang berlaku di sekolah. Selain daripada itu, penerapan budaya</p><p>yang sesuai dapat menggalakkan guru-guru melakukan inovasi dalam pengajaran dan</p><p>pembelajaran. Dapatan kajian juga turut memberikan perspektif baharu dalam</p><p>pelaksanaan inovasi dalam sistem pendidikan di Malaysia.</p> |
