Teori Norma pengaktifan (NAT),</p><p>model Penggunaan tekstil dan pakaian persekitaran lestari (ESTA), model Tingkah</p><p>laku bertanggungjawab terhadap alam sekitar (PEB) dan model Sistem perubahan</p><p>tingkah laku (KAP) menjadi sandaran kajian ini. Reka bentuk tinjauan keratan rentas</p><p>kuantitatif dipilih untuk menjawab empat persoalan dan lima hipotesis dengan</p><p>menggunakan teknik persampelan rawak strata dan rawak bertujuan terhadap 330</p><p>daripada 1141 populasi pelajar seni reka fesyen. IBM SPSS dan Model Persamaaan</p><p>Berstruktur (SEM) digunakan bagi mengenal pasti tahap dan mengkaji pengaruh</p><p>antara lima pemboleh ubah bersandar terhadap amalan kelestarian pendidikan fesyen</p><p>dengan menggunakan instrumen soal selidik. Penemuan menunjukkan tahap tinggi</p><p>dalam konstruk pengetahuan (M=3.77, SD=0.71), sikap (M=3.93, SD=0.67), tingkah</p><p>laku (M=3.85, SD=0.73), norma subjektif (M=3.85, SD=0.83), kesedaran (M=4.00,</p><p>SD=0.78) dan amalan kelestarian pendidikan fesyen (M=3.88, SD=0.66). Terdapat</p><p>hubungan positif yang signifikan antara pengetahuan (=-0.22, t=-4.046, p=0.001),</p><p>sikap (=0.18, t=2.704, p=0.001), tingkah laku (=0.47, t=5.395, p=0.007), norma</p><p>subjektif (=0.18, t=2.858, p=0.004) dan kesedaran (=0.34, t=4.854, p=0.001)</p><p>terhadap amalan kelestarian pendidikan fesyen. Kesemua konstruk menyumbang</p><p>sebanyak 87% terhadap amalan kelestarian pendidikan fesyen. Kesimpulannya,</p><p>pengetahuan, sikap, tingkah laku, norma subjektif dan kesedaran memberi pengaruh</p><p>yang kuat dan dapat meramal amalan kelestarian pendidikan fesyen dalam kalangan</p><p>pelajar seni reka fesyen di kolej vokasional. Implikasinya, kajian ini menyumbang</p><p>kepada Bahagian Pendidikan Latihan Teknik dan Vokasional (BPLTV) sebagai</p><p>panduan penerapan elemen kelestarian dalam kandungan kurikulum seni reka fesyen</p><p>dan sebagai sumber rujukan baharu dalam badan ilmu pendidikan fesyen kolej</p><p>vokasional.
