Reka bentuk penyelidikan kuantitatif</p><p>dipilih untuk menjawab lapan persoalan kajian dan sebelas hipotesis. Dua set</p><p>instrument telah digunakan untuk mengukur Tahap Kreativiti, Faktor Pendorong</p><p>Kreativiti Dan Gaya Kepimpinan Pengetua. Seramai 56 orang pengetua dipilih</p><p>menjadi responden menggunakan teknik Sampel Bertujuan. Analisis deskriptif kajian</p><p>menunjukkan variable tahap kreativiti, faktor kreativiti dan gaya kepimpinan</p><p>pengetua-pengetua sekolah menengah di pedalaman Sabah adalah pada tahap tinggi.</p><p>Ujian-t menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan bagi pemboleh ubah</p><p>berdasarkan jantina. Korelasi Pearson r menunjukkan wujud hubungan yang kuat</p><p>antara Tahap Kreativiti Pengetua, Faktor Kreativiti, dan Gaya Kepimpinan Pengetua</p><p>dengan Skor Indeks Komposit Sekolah. Analisis Regresi Berganda menunjukkan</p><p>kombinasi sumbangan pemboleh ubah Tahap Kreativiti Pengetua, Faktor Kreativiti</p><p>Pengetua dan Gaya Kepimpinan Pengetua. menyumbang 35.2% perubahan terhadap</p><p>Skor Indeks Komposit Sekolah. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa Tahap</p><p>Kreativiti, Faktor Kreativiti dan Gaya Kepimpinan Pengetua menunjukkan hubungan</p><p>dan pengaruh terhadap Skor Indeks Komposit Sekolah. Implikasi kajian</p><p>menunjukkan bahawa Tahap Kreativiti Pengetua, Faktor Kreativiti Pengetua dan</p><p>Gaya Kepimpinan Pengetua yang tinggi dijangka dapat meningkatkan Skor Indeks</p><p>Komposit Sekolah-Sekolah Menengah Di Pedalaman Sabah. Kajian yang lebih</p><p>komprehensif perlu dilaksanakan di sekolah menengah dalam kategori sekolah</p><p>bandar untuk melihat kesan Tahap Kreativiti, Faktor Kreativiti dan Gaya Kepimpinan</p><p>Pengetua terhadap Skor Indeks Komposit Sekolah.</p> |
