description <p>Kajian ini bertujuan untuk reka bentuk dan membangunkan modul pentaksiran</p><p>Pendidikan Kesihatan bagi guru tahun satu untuk melaksanakan Pentaksiran Bilik</p><p>Darjah. Data bagi fasa pertama iaitu</p><p>analisis keperluan telah diperoleh daripada soal selidik yang diedarkan kepada 298</p><p>orang guru Pendidikan Kesihatan yang mengajar tahun satu sebagai persampelan</p><p>bertujuan. Data fasa kedua iaitu fasa reka bentuk, diperoleh melalui teknik Fuzzy</p><p>Delphi. 20 orang panel pakar telah digunakan dalam fasa ini. Analisis adalah</p><p>berdasarkan respon pakar terhadap soal selidik yang terdiri dari tujuh skala Fuzzy</p><p>linguistik. Pada fasa ketiga iaitu fasa pembangunan pula, penyelidik telah menggunakan</p><p>13 langkah yang terdapat dalam model pembangunan modul Meyer. Pada fasa keempat</p><p>iaitu fasa penilaian modul telah dinilai dari segi keberkesanan dan kebolehgunaanya. 60</p><p>murid tahun satu telah digunakan untuk mengetahui keberkesanan modul tersebut.</p><p>Mereka telah diuji dengan menggunakan praujian dan pascaujian dan datanya dianalisis</p><p>dengan menggunakan ANCOVA manakala penilaian kebolehgunaan didapati melalui</p><p>temu bual separa bersturktur ke atas lima orang guru Pendidikan Kesihatan yang telah</p><p>menggunakan modul pentaksiran tersebut selama 8 minggu untuk melaksanakan</p><p>Pentaksiran Bilik Darjah. Temu bual tersebut telah dianalisis secara tematik. Dapatan</p><p>kajian dibincangkan secara berfasa. Dapatan fasa analisis menunjukkan memang</p><p>terdapat keperluan untuk membangunkan modul pentaksiran tersebut manakala dapatan</p><p>fasa reka bentuk menunjukkan bahawa panel pakar telah mencapai kesekapatan</p><p>bersama bagi konstruk dan item yang terdapat dalam modul tersebut dengan memenuhi</p><p>syarat Fuzzy Delphi seperti nilai threshold (d) 0.2, peratus kesepakatan pakar ></p><p>75peratus dan nilai Alpha Cut > 0.5. Dapatan penilaian keberkesanan menunjukkan</p><p>memang terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan antara kumpulan eksperimen (M = 84.1,</p><p>SP = .605) dengan kumpulan kawalan (M = 50.61, SP = .605). Perbezaan min antara</p><p>dua kumpulan ialah 34 mata skala dengan 95peratus Cl. Selain itu juga, kesan saiz</p><p>antara kumpulan adalah tinggi dengan nilai statistik eta squared 0.952. Oleh itu,</p><p>berdasarkan dapatan kajian ini, modul pentaksiran Pendidikan Kesihatan yang telah</p><p>dibangunkan ini berkesan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan murid dalam konteks</p><p>kajian. Dapatan penilaian kebolehgunaan yang terdapat daripada temu bual</p><p>menunjukkan modul pentaksiran tersebut memang cekap dan berguna untuk</p><p>melaksanakan Pentaksiran Bilik Darjah. Kesimpulannya, satu modul pentaksiran telah</p><p>diwujudkan untuk mengurangkan beban guru dalam penghasilan bahan pentaksiran</p><p>untuk subjek Pendidikan Kesihatan dan untuk membantu guru-guru tahun satu bagi</p><p>melaksanakan Pentaksiran Bilik darjah dengan yakin dan cekap.</p>
