Responden kajian menjawab tiga jenis soal selidik</p><p>iaitu Proactive Personality Scale (PPS) yang dibangun oleh (Bateman and Crant),</p><p>Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Scale Short Form (CDMSE-SF) oleh (Taylor</p><p>dan Betz) dan Career Outcome Expectancy (COE) yang di bina oleh (Hackett, Betz,</p><p>Casas dan Singh). Data dianalisis menggunakan Ujian-t, ANOVA, Korelasi Pearson</p><p>dan Regrasi Pelbagai. Keputusan analisis Ujian-t menunjukkan terdapat perbezaan</p><p>yang signifikan personaliti proaktif berdasarkan jantina. Keputusan kajian juga</p><p>menunjukan tidak terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan efikasi-kendiri membuat</p><p>keputusan kerjaya dan jangkaan hasil kerjaya berdasarkan jantina. Analisis ANOVA</p><p>menunjukan terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan personaliti proaktif dan efikasi-kendiri</p><p>membuat keputusan kerjaya berdasarkan fakulti. Analisis ANOVA sehala juga</p><p>menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan jangkaan hasil kerjaya</p><p>berdasarkan fakulti. Analisis Korelasi Pearson pula menunjukkan personaliti proaktif</p><p>dan efikasi-kendiri membuat keputusan kerjaya mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan</p><p>dengan jangkaan hasil kerjaya. Analisis Regrasi Pelbagai menunjukkan peramal utama</p><p>yang memberikan pengaruh tertinggi bagi jangkan hasil kerjaya ialah efikasi-kendiri</p><p>membuat keputusan kerjaya (= .480, t=7.040 dan p=0.00) dan sumbangannya</p><p>sebanyak (26.5%). Kesimpulan daripada kajian menunjukan efikasi-kendiri membuat</p><p>keputusan kerjaya membantu pelajar dalam membuat jangkaan kerjaya. Implikasi</p><p>kajian menunjukan pihak universiti perlu membuat pelbagai program untuk</p><p>meningkatkan efikasi-kendiri membuat keputusan kerjaya agar mampu menolong</p><p>pelajar bagi memahami minat dan kelebihan dalam diri mereka, seterusnya dapat</p><p>memilih kerjaya yang sesuai.</p>
