<p>Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penyederhana komitmen</p><p>organisasi di antara hubungan latihan dan prestasi kerja bidan Puskesmas di Daerah</p><p>Banyumas Wilayah Jawa Tengah Indonesia. Reka bentuk kajian kuantitatif dipilih</p><p>untuk menjawab empat soalan kajian dan pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen</p><p>soal selidik. Kaedah persampelan rawak sistematik digunakan untuk menentukan</p><p>bilangan sampel Puskesmas, seterusnya kaedah persampelan rawak berkadar untuk</p><p>menentukan bilangan sampel bidan Puskesmas. Kajian ini melibatkan 243 bidan</p><p>sebagai sampel yang dianalisis menggunakan SEM. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan</p><p>bahawa nilai Loading Factor daripada semua dimensi konstruk kajian lebih besar</p><p>daripada 0.5. Ini menunjukkan semua konstruk kajian boleh dijelaskan oleh setiap</p><p>dimensi daripada konstruk kajian. Berdasarkan ujian Structural Model, nilai absolute</p><p>fit indices (CMIN/DF 1.50 < 2.00; GFI 0.961 > 0.90; dan RMR 0.015 < 0.08),</p><p>incremental fit indices (NFI 0.942 > 0.90; CFI 0.98 > 0.95; RFI 0.919 > 0.90; dan IFI</p><p>0.98 > 0.95), serta parsimonious fit indices (RMSEA 0.045 < 0.05). Ini menunjukkan</p><p>bahawa Structural Model fit. Ini berarti bahawa terdapat hubungan struktur antara</p><p>konstruk kajian. Nilai Contruct Reliability dari semua konstruk kajian di atas 0.7. Nilai</p><p>Estimate Regression Weight antara latihan dan prestasi kerja (1) 0.614 (P 0.000),</p><p>antara latihan dan komitmen organisasi (2) 0.498 (P 0.000) dan antara komitmen</p><p>organisasi dan prestasi kerja (3) 0.424 (P 0.000). Kesimpulannya ialah latihan</p><p>berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, latihan berpengaruh positif</p><p>yang signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh</p><p>positif yang signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi menyederhana</p><p>hubungan di antara latihan dan prestasi kerja. Kajian ini penting dijalankan supaya</p><p>bidan Puskesmas dapat memberikan prestasi kerja terbaik, terutama bagi ibu dan bayi.</p> |
