總結:This research aims to identify the Prophet's approach on how to deal with non-Muslims, and study the UAE law in combating discrimination, hatred, contempt of religions and analysis of its implications. It is important to present a fundamental analysis of UAE law to combat discrimination and hatred in the light of the Prophetic practices (Sunnah) for the treatment of non-Muslims in this era to serve as a role model in this field. The research was based on the inductive method to trace the Hadiths, the effects of the relevant laws, the analytical approach to analyzing the scientific material, and the development of an integrated approach to the treatment of non-Muslims according to the Prophet's approach. Among the most important results of the research is that the Prophetic Sunnah has shown the need to recognize non-Muslims and allowed them to be in contact with them, guaranteeing their freedom of religion and practicing their rituals, and granting them freedom of opinion and expression, education, work and commerce. The UAE has always been keen to protect the state and protect it from extremism and sectarianism. It has adopted several local, international and regional initiatives. It has also issued several laws that include provisions to criminalize contempt of religions and prevent discrimination and hatred. The treatment of non-Muslims, however, limited the non-abuse of the three monotheistic religions and their respective places of worship. The study recommended that the scope of the law be amended to include the non-abuse of all religions, heavenly and non-heavenly, embraced by residents of the state.
