الملخص:This research study is about Relationship between Ambidextrous Leadership Style and Employee's Innovation. The study aims to indicate the two independent variable which is opening and closing behavior of leadership style. This research study was made at Pejabat Daerah Dungun. The respondents are from support and management staff. The data collections by this study analyzed by distribute questionnaires. All the data that have been collected is analyzed by using SPSS version 20.0 for Windows. The result of finding, explain further on which behaviors that contribute and significant to the dependent variable, employee innovation that are being tested.
