my-usim-ddms-127962024-05-29T04:59:04Z تأثير نظام تقييم الأداء الوظيفي على فعالية أداء العاملين دراسة تحليلية في بلدية ظفار بسلطنة عمان Khalid Musallam Mubarak Kashoub This study examined the extent to which the performance evaluation system affects the effectiveness of the performance of employees and the role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment as an intermediary in the relationship between the variables involved.The theory of social exchange,which is one of the most important theories that indicate that the relationship between working individuals and their organization is based on exchange,such as the exchange of effort and commitment by individuals working against recognition and recognition.The questionnaire was built according to the model of some specialized researchers.A random sample of 299 participants was collected.The data were processed using the SPSS package.For the purpose of data testing,as well as modelling structural equation (SEM).It was used by AMOS in the measurement and analysis of hypotheses according to the default model of the study.The researcher invoked the analytical descriptive approach in the study,using the arithmetical averages, standard deviations,the global empirical analysis and structural structural analysis to measure the hypotheses of the study. The study reached several results.The most important of which was the existence of a positive and strong correlation between the system of performance evaluation and employee performance,as well as the existence of a positive correlative correlation between the performance appraisal system,job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The study also found a relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance. The results showed no statistically significant relationship between the organizational commitment and performance of workers in the Municipality of Dhofar in the Sultanate of Oman.Finally,this study recommended conducting a similar study in another municipality to ascertain the results of this research and enrich the literature to determine the effectiveness of the performance of the workers.It also recommended adopting a model of effective performance of workers in Dhofar Municipality and other municipalities in the Sultanate of Oman.
