This research is a Quasi- Experiment which six students with learning disabilities special education classes in two schools in Hilir Perak was selected for this study. The sample was divided equally into two groups, namely students who learn using Kaedah Iqra' and the group of students who learn using Kaedah Mudah Belajar Membaca Al-Quran KGBK. The results of observations show that students are more motivated to learn using Kaedah Mudah Belajar Awal Membaca Al-Quran KGBK as against the Kaedah Iqra'. Differences in achievement scores between the two study groups showed a group of students who learn using Kaedah Mudah Belajar Awal Membaca Al-Quran KGBK obtain a higher score ie 90% and increase reading skills faster than the group that studied using Kaedah Iqra' which only obtain a score of 40% . The results showed Kaedah Mudah Belajar Awal Membaca Al- Quran KGBK easier and more effective in teaching beginning reading Al-Quran among students with learning disabilities. Basically, the findings showed that overall, the Kaedah Mudah Belajar Awal Membaca Al-Quran KGBK effective to increase student achievement and motivation in learning the Quran. Teaching and learning of Kaedah Mudah Belajar Awal Membaca Al-Quran KGBK can also increase the level of involvement of the teaching and learning of students in the experimental group. The pattern of findings prove the effectiveness of this approach in teaching methods and learning the Quran specifically in improved performance and attitude among special education students.
