总结:The ultimate objective of this study is to investigate the possible causal relationship between the career path factors، and employees’ satisfaction of the educational institution in the Sultanate of Oman. The sample of the study consisted of 760 male and female employees at various job levels. The researcher employed random stratified techniques in order to balance the number of the samples across the group. The scale that consist of 80 items was distributed to the targeted sample of the study and face validity of it has been tested and found reliable to be used for any sound academic research. Many advanced statistical methods were used such to answer the research questions stated in chapter one such as Exploratory Factor Analysis (FA)، Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA)، Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA). The researcher has also tested the internal consistency of the used scale through alpha coefficient. The result of the internal consistency of the scale ranged between 0.923-0.935 which suggested that the scale high reliable and useful for any academic research. The finding of the study suggested a strong and direct relationship between the career path and job satisfaction. This finding indicated that caring for career path of employees would direct affect the level of their satisfaction in the Omani educational institution. Results of the analysis also showed a statistically significant difference between the career path five factors (training، incentives، promotion، performance evaluation، and decision-making) and the independent variables of gender، age، academic qualification، job position and experience. However، the results showed no significant statistical differences between the dependent variable (job satisfaction)، and the independent variables (sex، age، educational qualification، job title، and practical experience). In light of these findings، the researcher recommends that more attention should be paid to career path، whether in educational institutions in particular، and in service institutions in general. He further recommends conducting activities، and training programs for new employees in the organization، as well as veterans; to illustrate the importance of a career path for employees.
